I'm at the point where i can't take Prayer serious..

Honestly, Idk. most times I prayed it felt like I was talking to absolutely nothing. And there's been times where I truly believed with every fiber of my being. But still, nothing changed, no connection was felt. Now I just look at the concept of faith and prayer as nothing more than a coping mechanism that some use for when shyt out of their control happens. I guess it makes folks feel a lil better about their situation?

But in hindsight, I maybe I just think way too black and white or logical. So, my journey with spiritualty and belief of a higher power has always been complicated for me.

The field, or "god" contains all of creation, so yes, assume that whatever it is that you desire already exists and only needs to be brought into FOCUS. As I said before, all thoughts are technically prayers. The art of praying is harnessing the human powers of focused intention upon what desires to recieve, your job is to direct the current of the force.

But you are not dealing with 'his' moral compass, you're dealing with your own from the causal level of mind. You can use father figures or dieties as place holders but don't be surprised when the same "god" force is being used by people who have no quibbles while selling you limitations that they are comfortable with.

Sadly, I don't think you have fully contemplated this idea.

Nah I have, maybe you didn't quite get what I was trying to say.

To the people in this thread who lost faith in whatever god because of slavery, white supremacy, cacs this and that, even saw a curse of Ham mention. Point is, the sith and the jedi use the same force, which is intelligent but ultimately neutral.

When you start attributing morality to whatever you think god is, it becomes easier to lose faith or even be faituful to limitations and 'curses'.

I denounced that sht again recently. Probably go die not fw religion or god. I’m not down with praising an entity that’s brought so much pain and suffering on not just me but my people in the world.

To all y’all who seriously can’t get answers on why you always get sent back 5 steps and things just never seem to go your way. Keep your head up and keep fighting. No matter the judgment we get and the people that just seem to float by us… don’t tap. Keep going and find a way to kick the door down.
