Forget about the child support and other stuff. The real reason Dame is broke is because he never got paid what he was supposed to with Rocafella.

There was an interview posted here years ago with someone who was tied to the industry. He said Dame was taking up front money instead of getting long term money through things like royalties, etc. He had no understanding of contracts either. He was basically using a hustlers mentality and never learned the business. He was getting offered low ball amounts and taking them. He probably left tens of millions on the table by not having
someone handle the paperwork and negotiate for him. He was getting fractions of what he should have gotten.
