I just quit man to be honest...it was causing home problems (mainly), sex problems (any tips would be appreciated), and i got a DUI

Doctors told me when i quit my blood pressure would go up so i been taking blood pressure meds...other than that,i feel fine

I stopped back in 2012. I wasn't an alcoholic or anything, I just got older. That's when I stopped going out too. Life is way more fulfilling beyond drinking and calling it an "interest".

Yep, i say that too. I'll drink on Sat/Sun but when i get home Monday i say "ill just finish off the bottle and be done" , then it's like well the bottle gone and i been drinking anyway so i might as well grab another one since i started then i repeat the same thing Tues, then next thing you know it's Friday again

i think was a big issue for me. I learned early on that drinking,clubbing and sex dont go well for me. I can recall a handful of times trying get it up and it just wasnt happening the way i liked. Just an early indicator that lifestyle aint for me......

Klonopin.

Sex problems are probably gonna be there for a while, unfortunately. My shyt’s fukked up too. I take a wild amount of anti-psychotics, so I’m getting hit hard in that realm.

My advice is to step your oral sex game up until your body gets back to normal.

Good thing I stopped in the early stages

But I've always been a fit person into adulthood.

Squats and lunges will get the blood flowing nicely to your joint. Incidently these are two most neglected exercises in the gym, because of acute muscle soreness associated with it....
