yeah i looked on craigslist its full of bartending and waiters/cooks...i don't know the first thing about making drinks

You can always go to the department of labor office where you live to look for a part-time job. It's not just for unemployed people looking for full-time jobs. State job website also lists part-time jobs.

Look at your local newspaper's online website for local job listings.
Go to your county's website for county jobs.

Library job is pretty easy. Almost no interaction with people other than with co-workers.
