The cool thing about this thread is to see grown men so passionate about a hiphop artist. Even if its someone like Drake at least you know there's people that really really care about this guys music. Like they're inspired and motivated by the words of Aubrey. Guess he's doing something right.

Drake also embodies more of a overall Rap artist than Lamar. Drake aint afraid of competition. Drake has classic verses, multi's n subs. One of this nikkas greatest verses was a battle verse

Drake is a bigger star and has better hooks... but to say Drake is a better emcee or artist than Kendrick 100% of the time is ridiculous. When Drake was "bawling like chemo" and "off that brown like Nino" Kendrick was doing shyt like Rigamortis etc.If it aint Drake then who is it bruh?
You and I both know it DAMN SURE AINT J.COLE, Kendrick is def the 2nd dopest young nikka in the pack. But to act like Drake aint in a WHOLE nother lane is jus not accepting reality.

i'm 27....Drake has some hot lines and a couple of songs. But LL Cool J did it better. I loved mama said know you out song when I was in first grade. Hell it did 1 pants leg-up cause of LL, haha.
And that Mr.Smith album sounded so smooth when I was nearing the end of elementary school I started back checking in middle school when napster was popping and even liked his old skool 80's stuff.
All I know is Drake would have had some problems putting out music in the 90's and Early 2G.....he came around at the right time is all i can say.
