If you're posting Blink-182 to prove that rock takes more talent than hip-hop production...you don't really understand rock nor what it takes to do either.

fukked with the wrong one
Why can't you learn? Get some lessons and if you have rhythm you'll be on your way.
That said might as well just pick up the bass if you're thinking of going the easy route. But then again with most instruments, all are easy to play, all difficult to play well.
As for my favorite drum songs Us v. Them, Pat Mahoney da gawd:
Shut Up And Play The Hits - Us Vs Them - YouTube
There's a lot to be said for drummers who can keep that metronomic rhythm for a long time without breaking concentration.
Helders has some piff though too
Arctic Monkeys - The View From The Afternoon (2006) - YouTube
Rap is and always will be #1 ...but sometimes it takes a hyperbole to get nikkas to listen breh . Don't sleep. STFU and press play.
Let Me Drown-Soundgarden - YouTube
I'm more of a bass fan.
Bass players get no p*ssy
