I usually sleep an average of 5.5/6 hours a night. 1/1:30 am is mostly my time to go to bed, midnight if I feel tired, then I gotta wake up at 6 or 7 depending on how early i'm working in the morning.
I gotta admit 6.5/7 hours of sleep is the ideal night for me, it gives me some time to fall asleep and gives me a solid 6 hours of quality sleep. Anything under 5 hours the wake up is rough, and everything over 8 hours the wake up is rough too it feels like too much. Guess i'm in the average after all
Edit: When I was 16 I had a contract to work somewhere 2 hours away from town and I had to wake up at 4 am in order to be there by 7. Waking up still high off MDMA with 2 hours of sleep in the system... As you get older this shyt is now impossible to do, I need my sleep
