:dwillhuh: how da hell yah get 8 plus hrs of sleep?

You gotta find a chick that likes to go to sleep too :manny: If yall on the same schedule as far as work is concerned, that makes it a lot easier......

If you can get your kids on an early sleep schedule, it should be gravy after that....

I work 3rd shift and lately i been gettin by on 4hrs sleep. shyt aint healthy, plus it's makin me fall asleep early on friday & saturday night. Nothin worse than fallin asleep early on weekends. Feels like such a waste. I wanna stay up til 3 or 4 am, sleep for about 6, get up at 9 or 10, and go about the day.

I remember staying up late, waking up and telling myself I would be in bed by 9pm that night, feeling fatigued all day, then come evening/night time would still be up til 12-1am again :sadbron:

Now throughout the week I just get to bed for 10 and get a good nights sleep regularly..I wake up feeling so much better throughout the day.

Why athletes should make sleep a priority in their daily training
