Importance of sleep

If you workout you need a minimum of 7.


I find just over 8 hours is my sweet spot. I feel like shyt if I regularly sleep less than 7 hours.

To be focused and sharp in the day, sleep is key. No alcohol and sleep is very important.

Yup. That's why I keep it to being just a weekend warrior.

Need to be sharp during the work week.

I work 3rd shift and lately i been gettin by on 4hrs sleep. shyt aint healthy, plus it's makin me fall asleep early on friday & saturday night. Nothin worse than fallin asleep early on weekends. Feels like such a waste. I wanna stay up til 3 or 4 am, sleep for about 6, get up at 9 or 10, and go about the day.
I remember makin' this post.

A few months after, my job cut 2 shifts and started layin' ppl off. They called me into the office and asked if I'd like to go to 1st shyt. I was like "hell yeah!!!!"

I get way more sleep now than I did working 3rd shift.

I gotta be up 330am most nights so I'm in bed by 9pm. 10pm at the latest.

Thankfully I can sleep the majority of the night. Maybe I'll wake up at midnight or 1am but I go right back to bed and I'm awake by around 3-315

All I need is at least 5 hours of sleep and I'm cool
