In an absolute stunner Josh Allen has been named MVP over Lamar Jackson despite not making All-pro first team (First time since 1987)

Yes and that’s my point. Lamar has to be superhuman for the ravens to win while Allen can just manage the game and the bills can still win.
Fam again this is ridiculous nonsense The Buffalo Bills almost lost to the Arizona Cardinals, Miami Dolphins, & were losing to the Titans, & NE into the 2nd half :dead: . Y'all nikkaz aren't going to sit here & tell me The Ravens roster isn't more loaded than Buffalo be serious. The Bills won that game simply because they didn't give the ball away & Baltimore was too stupid to feed Henry & Hill the ball
None of those people won MVP’s in those seasons :russ:

This would’ve been the perfect time to give a RB mvp.

I think Lamar was the MVP but not mad at Allen winning. Co MVP would’ve been cool too.

Whoever voted Lamar at 4th should have their credentials stripped

how open your wrs get is a nerd stat ? :dead: next nikka gonna say all 22 is a nerd view

That stat has zero correlation to how good a WR is. You not seeing that part means you should probably not use it as an example of someone's talent or productivity. If it was the best WRs would be at the top instead of not even in the top 25. Do you know how it's calculated? I do!

Wide receiver (WR) separation in football is calculated by measuring the average distance between a receiver and the nearest defender at the time of the catch or incompletion.

The HUGE fallacy in the stat is that if the QB makes a bad read OR the OC calls a bad play it purely reflects on the WR when it shouldn't. It's more of an indicator of play design OR QB decision making than it is an indicator that a WR room is bad.

Do you want to know what a GOOD stat to check WR productivity? Average YAC

NGS | NFL Next Gen Stats - Coleman and Shakir are in the top 10 in the NFL in average YAC.

Do you want to know another one? Average YAC above expectation

NGS | NFL Next Gen Stats - Coleman leads the league. If Coleman, Chase, and AJ Brown catch a ball at the same place Coleman is expected to get a full yard more than them.

I'm not even putting Cook into the equation because he's in the top 10 of some important RB advanced stats too. That got people who get busy. Just because they're not an immediate household name don't mean they're dog shyt. You can prop up Allen without claiming his team is shyt without him. That's very possible to do. The only shyt you can really get on the Buffalo WRs is sometimes Coleman has a case of the drops, but they are NOWHERE near a 3 win team without him.

I’ve seen some numbers about it, but how many minutes in the 4th quarter did Josh Allen sit out compared to Lamar?

That’s going to make a statistical difference as well.
That goes to the point of Lamar’s defense being ass and to the point of these idiots not realizing that’s why Lamar didn’t have as gaudy numbers last year - he was sitting out quarters. But he cooked in every big game when he didn’t. But the gap in their numbers this year is too large for that to be a serious talking point.

I’m seriously sitting here laughing at the straight up stupid shyt the three people advocating for Josh are saying in here. Like they have to shut the fukk up forever about anything NFL related about the Bills and I’m a damn indifferent Pats fan. But the way they’re insulting everyone my intelligence is maddening. They’re throwing out all this extra shyt that has never mattered precisely because there is no case by conventional criteria. It is an irregular win and any argument to justify has to start by acknowledging that and explaining why it should happen. Everyone advocating for Lamar last year did that, these dudes can’t because there’s no case.

You have to completely eliminate the fact that Lamar exists to make the case. Like take those Lamar rushing yards and make them passing yards and then give 11-5 Peyton Manning 5000 passing yards and 41 touchdowns and 4 INTs. We are not seriously entertaining the idea of Allen as MVP at all.

I don’t have a dog in it. You and @HNIC973 @Loose are on Josh’s dikk and are happy he won. That’s fine. I actually like Josh and I’m a Pats fan of all things. I rooted for the Bills against the Chiefs. I argued earlier this year that Josh is better than MVP Cam Newton. I don’t care that he has one on his resume. It’s all good. You guys saying dumb shyt is actually my issue. You’re turning neutral observers into Josh haters with your ahistorical nonsense. Move around b. My last post on it.

Josh allens weapons are the worst in the league when it comes to getting open , i do agree yac is important but you're consistently throwing into tight coverage which can lead to turnovers or stops.

Coleman 112th :dead:
Curtis Samuel 114th :dead:
Shakir 102 :dead:
