Did not watch, but I saw the Blavity simp energy all over this dude during the Kanye shyt. Y'all nikkas loved him, though.
More talking and no actual action. More exploitation of our people misery than actual improvement on what needs to change. 
You can't tell black men to figure shyt out when black dollars are not going back to black people to actually give these men opportunity when society won't hire them in droves and policies are created to keep ownership from them. You can't tell or give black woman the proper esteem boost they are asking for when their target media is destructive from childhood to adulthood.
You can't fix what is the fault of parents allowing their sons and daughters to sit in front of TV and other social platforms where whites are put on a pedestal and then complain that they grow up hating themselves and one another.
The only solution we need to talk about is the current mind-state of our people in totality and how we will come together to fix these issues.

Why complain? If you acknowledge the issue start working on a solution.
