as a biggie fan im biased...and I know this....
I respect pac as an artist....I really do...
but with hit em up and all his other music I just realised he made music for teenagers, and biggie made music for teenagers and beyond...biggie had more to offer...
thats why 15 years later his music is played as much as pacs music.....and thats kinda crazy with only 2 albums
I think we had enough biggie vs pac discussions...and i guess to each his own
shallow azz biggie made music for teenagers and beyond? really? youre telling me biggie made more deeper, adult music than pac? really? and i love biggie. i loooove biggie, dude is top 5 personal favourite rappers ever, and i used to stan pac heavy as a child.
moving beyond that comment, i cant really listen to hit em up anymore, knowing where that beef went. pac was in a certain space when he wrote that, and in 2013 i cant relate to it
having said that, its alway gonna be a dope track, the sample was generic but did the trick, and outlaws and pac killed it. this whole "outlaws" were filler is some coli/sohh nonsense, fatal ripped that fuking track
as a diss, it was a specific type. it wasnt a metaphorical subliminal, it wasnt a battle rap, it was a fukk you rap, it did its job, in terms of effect it was a monster
at the end of the day it was the equivalent of a mixtape track, it dropped on the bside of a single, never released on any album of original music so it is what it is
thread starter just a trolling faccot so that is what it is too
