In hindsight can we agree ''Hit Em Up'' was trash

How do you feel about the biggest diss song in rap?

as a biggie fan im biased...and I know this....

I respect pac as an artist....I really do...

but with hit em up and all his other music I just realised he made music for teenagers, and biggie made music for teenagers and beyond...biggie had more to offer...

thats why 15 years later his music is played as much as pacs music.....and thats kinda crazy with only 2 albums

I think we had enough biggie vs pac discussions...and i guess to each his own

Goat diss track....
I clearly remember me and my potnaz(:rip: to davee) slinging ninjas thru every isle of a bodega(like 50 did gunplay) and then stomping his azz out....then running down to my mama crib while she was at work...guzzling brews and smoking trees in the 90s....via Jersey city and Newark Nj

And this was our soundtrack
:pacspit: :salute:

I miss those days we were so young and innocent then
:manny:

:pachaha:

Jadakiss - Checkmate (50 Cent Diss) - YouTube

That's what i'm talking about you dumb fukk.

Nobody wants to hear the double entendre you just wrote, it's just as weak as the nursery ryhming you jerri curl wearing fakkits are used to that have no double entendres. The biggest attack on Pac's verses are that they are either :duck: or empty death threats aka crap content, all the other lyrical critisms are the usual that he was weak technically not really nothing new so i didnt mention it so i could avoid deviating from the topic. & I don't give a fucc who was extortin 2 packs on sugar at the time:pachaha:

Good job posting a diss nobody gives a shyt about:pachaha:...meanwhile Pacs diss went down in history...get through ya stupid mind it doesn't matter what YOU liked bcuz of your own personal taste and to be frank you fuking LOCATION....I'm sick of u lil dumb azz nikkas on here "nobody liked. That shyt and thought it wuz wack when it came out,I remember:ufdup:"....then I realize u fuk nikkas is from NY and just don't know no better or more likely lying to save face...Hitemup wuz more fun than it wuz empty deathtreats u tryna pass it off as....and I say that seeing as how u post a diss from fukin Jadakiss who is part of a crew of nikkas who kill about a hundred nikkas per diss song in a number of disgusting and violent ways and never do shyt yet suddenly u don't have the stomach for empty death threats even when nikkas is actually dead and lives uz threatened...meanwhile Cease says he and biggie felt the pressure back then:whew:....Puffy wuz buyin vest but apparently couldn't find one in bigs size, and the threats is just empty.....get that silly shyt outta here:russ:

shallow azz biggie made music for teenagers and beyond? really? youre telling me biggie made more deeper, adult music than pac? really? and i love biggie. i loooove biggie, dude is top 5 personal favourite rappers ever, and i used to stan pac heavy as a child.

moving beyond that comment, i cant really listen to hit em up anymore, knowing where that beef went. pac was in a certain space when he wrote that, and in 2013 i cant relate to it

having said that, its alway gonna be a dope track, the sample was generic but did the trick, and outlaws and pac killed it. this whole "outlaws" were filler is some coli/sohh nonsense, fatal ripped that fuking track

as a diss, it was a specific type. it wasnt a metaphorical subliminal, it wasnt a battle rap, it was a fukk you rap, it did its job, in terms of effect it was a monster

at the end of the day it was the equivalent of a mixtape track, it dropped on the bside of a single, never released on any album of original music so it is what it is

thread starter just a trolling faccot so that is what it is too

Pretty much most of tupacs music is for the adolescent minded who really believe in thug life and rudimentary 'deep' songs. The difference between Big's audience & Pacs audience is we know/knew that we were listening to a great entertainer, Pac stans think their listening to Malcom X reincarnated :snoop:
