Na... that nikka was either holding it wrong or it was too heavy.. his shyt popped definitely. Looks like at his wrist..

I do shoulder lifts like this with free weights but NEVER so much weight I need a spotter :dahell: .. I see guys doing it all the time im like nah fukk that. And I've spotted people doing it

shyt always seemed dumb to me. It's different from bench press. The bar sits above you in a position. nikkaz be picking 100lb dumbells off the floor trying to handle them any kind of way doing them shoulder lifts. I never max on them shyts.

yeah, that doesn't just happen.. and 90 lbs isn't crazy on shoulder press.

Bro must have had an injury or some degenerative bone disease or something cause ain't now way..

People who lift consistently have stronger bones than those that don't.. so what happened here should be the opposite of what should happen to a seasoned lifter.

Again strength is relative. It depends on the person. Everyone has different limitations.

You're acting like 90 lbs isn't heavy. For him 90 was way higher than he should be lifting. He could barely get those dumbbells up so he shouldn't have been attempting to lift it.
