nikka it'll take a nikka forever to build a house by myself (yeah i aint got no friends to help) and by that time i wouldn't want you anymore cause I'm out her tryna build a fukking house and your ass can't cook a nikka a meal to replenish my energy FOH

I can do some electrical/plumbing, install doors/windows, drywall, framing, fencing, landscaping, insulation, roofing, painting, minor carpentry, install heating/AC, and some masonry (asphalt and concrete), and read blueprints.

I can do masonry, electrical, flooring (wood, tile, carpet etc), sheetrock, framing, design & build furniture from scratch etc

This was way b4 our time. My grandfather was born in the 1920's I believe. But he did most of this between 1930 through 1990s could fix and build anything.
I miss him.
