I don't want to do a blanket dismissal of every point they ever made..
But maybe they needed to be more honest with themselves first??

How many so-called incels are doing the same??

Like thankfully i am not a rapist, an abuser, a pedophile or a homosexual
But i am a "kinky" guy.. and i would like to keep that private (or closeted, if you will) from my regular public/professional identity

So I have had to " dump " some wonderful women who were pure vanilla
But i can't really explain to them or anyone else "why"
I would usually find the right flavor of woman soon enough and be paired up
..but what if i didn't??

Then i would need a cover story as to why a generally desirable guy like me is still single
..so basically, I wonder how much of this "incel " thing is a cover story
For which there is no solution because it isnt a real problem

I have a white friend in Atlanta who's an incel. Back when we were working retail, he was once referred to as, "that guy who's scared of girls" by a female coworker. He isn't one of those angry dudes.

When I ask him about women he says, "I've pretty much given up on that stuff."

He makes good money at his government job, has a car, and even owns his own home. But when you don't take any shots, you can't win.

I don't live in Atlanta anymore, so I'm not around to try to help him.

Also I thought incels just want sex from certain women. If they want love, why not get with likeminded femcels? Look someone needs to create a dating app that targets incels and femcels only. Let them all connect and find that support, love and sex they yearn for.

Biology (and women) demands that Humans are tournament maters meaning we compete for each other, everyone has dominant and recessive genes so if only ugly incels dated each other the world would be filled with ugly stupid people with bad genes (because even pretty girls and handsome gang has recessive genes)

The Egyptian and european royals tried dating only other royals and their own family members and they quickly developed shytty ass genes.

Here’s an interesting article refuting some beliefs some incels have about male sexlessness.

Cliffs: Basically refutes the 80/20 rule and increased female choosiness.
Demonstrates that sexlessness is predicted moreso due to a delays in marriage, living with parents, education, economy.

I read the article and it doesn't make sense. It goes out of it's way to avoid giving women responsibility. In one of the studies it says that Men don't have sex because they aren't getting married and men aren't getting married because they are in school. Men have historically met women in school. If you listen to what incels say they realize they can trick off they want to be "loved" so if marriage guranteed them "love" they'd marry like their forefathers did.

The main reason men don't get married is No Fault Divorce.

On average it’s reported that married couples have more sex than single people. That’s always been the case. The myth of the single bachelors and bachelorettes touted in the media is a lie. In the past, you got married to have sex amongst other reasons.

However, as the article explains, men AND women are putting off marriage. But not just marriage. Sociologists are calling it delayed adulthood. Emergent adults (18-25) are being studied. When asked why they don’t want to get married, divorce isn’t a reason.

And when taking a look at sexlessness in this population, delayed adulthood plays a huge role. For instance, still living with your parents. It should be obvious that living with your parents might make it difficult to have sex.

Also you mentioned that men meet women in school, but even here there is a disconnect happening.

I think this phenomenon has more to do with current economy being ravaged by past trickle down economic policies gutting the middle class, destroying job sectors, limiting employment opportunities, and increases in female economic achievement. All of this results in undeserved social anxiety due to feeling like you aren’t good enough for a relationship unless you are a 10 in looks and make six figures.

I love your posts.
I do think on one hand you are correct. There is a certain amount of bravado, delusion and exaggeration in this movement used to cover up some deep seated social skills issues and anxieties, while still fostering a lot of entitlement in these types of men and women too.

But I also do think a lot of social changes have contributed to or compounded these issues for others.

While I’m also suspicious of research agency agendas, several independent researchers, historians and scholars have always posited that married couples have more sex than singles, although conflicting studies show recent shifts in these trends.

In this article they mentioned a number of reasons why sexlessness is increasing among men. Delayed adulthood, decreased participation in the workforce, higher rates of men living with parents than females, and one interesting variable that isn’t discussed is an increase in men no longer tying their self-worth to sex or being too busy pursuing other life goals instead of chasing women.

Regardless, I think men and women are delaying adulthood because our economy sucks and that pushes a lot of other life rites of passage back. (I.e. marriage, children).
