The surgery, in and of itself isn't the problem...you got a gut, you fat or pudgy, it's whatever. Do you, it's not my body.

Just don't cheap out and go to fukkin DR, Brazil, or Mexico or some other unsanitary ass place risking your life to get the job done.

That's what's stupid and doesn't make any sense. If you gon be vain, then be smart about it.
The surgery is the issue though. People die on the table in the US too. Kanye’s mom died right in LA.

I really wish women would stop getting these surgeries. Like damn, eat better, work out, and accept the body you were given and go on with life. It’s the dumbest thing in the world to pass away over a big ass.

She was either trying to get a man or flex on IG, and neither was even necessary. I can’t wait until this plastic/fake booty movement goes away. In real life and up close a lot of them don’t even look good. The ones that do paid a lot of money and even then, who knows how they’ll age.

It’s crazy that I used to have a huge booty—like the kind where everywhere I went people would comment on it. When I lost it and started working out, this big booty trend was taking place. And even then I still didn’t want a big booty again. I was glad to not have one anymore. I don’t get what these women think they’re missing by not having a huge ass or what they think they’ll gain by getting one.

If you are in need of surgery or something that can directly impact your life, stay in America, I'm not denigrating other nations but the costs that you think you are saving aren't taking into account the reasons for why you saving in the first place, those places are businesses first. For surgeries like that, you need follow-up, attention, you need to be in the proper condition to even receive the surgery. Just don't go cutting corners when your life is on the line. Ironically, besides your life, you will be paying much more if anything goes wrong and the you end up in an American hospital trying to correct it.

it's a voluntary cosmetic surgery that comes with known risks. :what:

how many women need to die as cautionary tales before people realize shyt ain't worth the risk
and trust plastic surgeons in the U.S have casualties too, you just probably never heard about it cause the family has to sign NDAs as part of the malpractice settlement
