I've been living in my apartment 4+ year's my rent is 525 ( no complaints from me). The same unit just opened up next door the rent is 725 a month.

The exact same apartment. The exact same Sq feet.

That's fukking insane.

200 dollar increase in for the apartment

This fool has to be living in government assist housing for that price. Probably on some type of assistance…
