Fair enough. I honestly don't know much about his personal life. There's definitely an argument to be made about who he employs and I agree it's worth calling out. But it's also worth understanding he started his channel as a child. I doubt he was thinking about it at this age:

also there aren’t a lot of black people in tech. At least this was the case when I went to school and even work. I have always been 1 of a few. So I don’t think you can judge the kid. Even interviews I’ve rarely seen black candidates. Not sure if this is the case in his situation but I can see it.

There is a ton of black creatives in video editing and production, website design etc etc....which is what his staff deals with
However I doubt he expended much effort to seek them out. Which he also doesn't have to...He likely put out vacancies and went with the best of the people who actually applied.
It is his company and he went with the path of least resistance. It is working out for him and I wish him continued success
I think his studio space is extremely dope and I know getting that space to the state it is in now took a lot of planning, layout work and after lease expense.
i watched the youtube vid, his come up is amazing. i root for that brother, however some of the point other members are bringing up is valid. how do you create this masterful company and hardly have enough black people around you. some of ya never watched the movie boomerang and it shows
