I switched to the alternative a while ago. And his content is alot more grounded. He doesn't make videos about electric cars that 99% of his viewers will never purchase. Congrats to MKBHD on his success, but dude been "gone" for a while. He made one video on his whole channel where he kind of addressed being black right in the middle of George Floyd riots, but other than that..................

just saying there's an alternative. :yeshrug:

yeah i just can't relate to MKBHD shyt anymore and it's been like that for several years. This dude reviewed a $42,000 Apple Computer...for who?. :what: I just watch alternatives like UrAvConsumer or Flossy Carter. :yeshrug:

i watched the youtube vid, his come up is amazing. i root for that brother, however some of the point other members are bringing up is valid. how do you create this masterful company and hardly have enough black people around you. some of ya never watched the movie boomerang and it shows

It depends on his search and hiring process. I don’t think we should assume. It’s a valid question to ask him about his hiring process and then you can tear him apart based off of his response. But I’m sure like many others he tried to get the best people available.

My thing is why tear him apart based off of assumptions? That sounds ridiculous.

The fact that he has zero black employees is not an assumption, it’s a fact proven by the video.

He’s in New Jersey, not Silicon Valley. It’s highly unlikely that he couldn’t find at least one highly qualified black person for each position in that office. He’s making YouTube videos, not blockbuster movies.

you are assuming that he is excluding black applicants from the hiring process.

Have you gone through the process of putting a similar team together?

He has no black employees and his studio is in new jersey. Where is the assumption in that statement?
