Pure facts. I been said this. Folks will probably hate cause dude is on the Cowherd Show. But its straight facts. Of course ESPN was going to be in the mix, but I was surprise the NBA re-uped with Inside The NBA and kept them alive like they did. Goodell and the NFL doesn't allow their broadcast partners to go ham on league and its players for the majority of its broadcasts day in and day out. Its free reign to say whatever on the NBA with Silver at the helm.
Yea i see what he's saying. It's always been this weird passive-aggressive energy that's not a recent thing but dates a decade back to Shaq's beef with damn near every center from Dwight Howard to Javale McGee to Embiid and Gobert; or telling Donovan Mitchell in a post-game interview fresh off a win that he ain't that guy on live television. Barkley slamming KD with the bus driver comment and LeBron a decade prior for the "Decision" (w/o the self-awareness to acknowledge he was on the same ish as a player); Kenny saying he'd average 30 in today's NBA as a not-so-subtle shots at today's stars; etc.
Candid opinions is fine to an extent but not without proper counter points and discourse around it. otherwise it becomes an unchecked echo chamber of negativity Hell, altho i view Jeff Van Gundy as the GOAT commentator, he was on that shyt too. Tho at least he was more-so criticizing the hypocrisy of the criticism lol. But he became a caricature of himself in the later years.
