Ive been doing it about 3 and a half weeks and dropped at least 15 pounds with not a shred of exercise:yeshrug:

In fact now that i am working out im not even fatigued for lack of food. If u got the willpower go for it. Mind you im 6'0 and was at 220 a month ago. Im at 195 now and still dropping :picard:

But i do the brutal challenges. 3 days straight no eating. Longest i ever managed was 8 days

Man that's a tactic it's not a long-term fix. Keto isn't the worst thing in the world but it's not as great as people make it out to be

As long as I stop smoking..... I can fast with no problem because I lose all my appetite when I stop smoking

I could be dead hungry and have no appetite for food because I didn't smoke yet.... My habit is that bad

Yea but that only lasts for like a week, then your natural appetite returns.

I assume we're talking about weed.

Man that's a tactic it's not a long-term fix. Keto isn't the worst thing in the world but it's not as great as people make it out to be

Nah its actually a part of my routine now im also on some spiritual jay electronica type shyt so that helps but if u wanna try it out download this app called bodyfast they have free schedules that you could use and honestly its pretty decent. I eat whatever i want when it's time to eat, but i steer away from fast food as much as possible and just go for steak and chicken, some fish and seafood. when im fastin i drink water tea or coffee. Haven't died yet so :ohhh:
