I've been doing both and happy with the results.
I do a mostly Keto diet (I'm not perfect) but during the week I don't eat after 8 PM and then don't eat before noon. Easy 16 hour fast daily

I’m doing this exactly. Went from 225 to 212 in 10 days. Then fukked up and had a slice of cake this past Saturday at a housewarming smh

im the type that used to order 10 dollars worth of 2 for 5 big macs and smash them shyts 
, eating << than you burn...at a huge deficit at that.
I’ve also increased my nicotine intake (by vaping, no more cigs). This shyt can’t be sustainable
