Which are you doing?Ive been doing it about 3 and a half weeks and dropped at least 15 pounds with not a shred of exercise
In fact now that i am working out im not even fatigued for lack of food. If u got the willpower go for it. Mind you im 6'0 and was at 220 a month ago. Im at 195 now and still dropping
But i do the brutal challenges. 3 days straight no eating. Longest i ever managed was 8 days

I love doing challenges like this, too, if for no reason but to just discipline myself. Longest I ever went was 10 days on water only about 7 years ago.
I did a 21-day herb detox back in April where I could only eat raw and kicked if off with a 5-day water fast. Once I broke it, I gradually transitioned into fasting each Sunday and Wednesday and only eating between the hours of 10am and 6pm on "eating" days.
I've never done Keto but I know intermittent fasting works for me. I fast 2/3 days out of the week & get cardio in (I also workout everyday) & I drop weight quickly. I weighed myself yesterday & I'm 183 & I'm 6'1. Now I taper off the fasting/cardio & just stay on my workout schedule. I've always been a lean muscle person & I try to stay like that. 2 weeks ago I was about 194

yea ive been reading about this, im tryna just not eat all day and then cook up some chicken and parmesan cheese when i get home for dinner. gonna see if it works, ive been doing it for a week so far
