Ive been doing it about 3 and a half weeks and dropped at least 15 pounds with not a shred of exercise:yeshrug:

In fact now that i am working out im not even fatigued for lack of food. If u got the willpower go for it. Mind you im 6'0 and was at 220 a month ago. Im at 195 now and still dropping :picard:

But i do the brutal challenges. 3 days straight no eating. Longest i ever managed was 8 days

I do both. Lost about 15 lbs this month as well

Trying to eat less than 50gs of carbs. shyts hard but possible. I eat a lot of eggs and turkey pretty much. Got weak af but expected..

I also drink protein shakes. So about 2 meals after 12pm, two protein shakes, and maybe a snack with nothing after 8-9. If I eat after 9 I just push the shyt up the next day


I also don’t count calories and pretty much active 4-5 days a week... heavily active. Either doing fullbody wokouts or cardio days. Finished today with a fullbody focusing on chest, tomorrow will be focusing on back, thursday will be focusing on legs (even though I do legs and abs everyday) and Saturday is my off day until sunday

Also my shakes are herbal life. My girl does it so she asked me to do it with her. I don’t mind though. Also taking longjack (thanks Coli), Herbal life supplements, and apple cider vinegar

Well they kinda relate. I've IF'ed for 5 years now....and the fasted state is only beneficial if ketogenesis is routine. The only difference is in dietary options when in feeding window. I don't do dairy or high dv fats....a protein serving and veg. I take supps to promote additional ketone production.

I love doing challenges like this, too, if for no reason but to just discipline myself. Longest I ever went was 10 days on water only about 7 years ago.

I did a 21-day herb detox back in April where I could only eat raw and kicked if off with a 5-day water fast. Once I broke it, I gradually transitioned into fasting each Sunday and Wednesday and only eating between the hours of 10am and 6pm on "eating" days.

I'm glad you specified the bolded.
Because outside of self-discipline, there is absolutely nothing healthy about what you are doing to your body

:lupe: I was gnna try a 2day fast this weekend with only doing detox drink( Ardens Garden) and water just to test it out.Doubt i can do it during the week.

I've never done Keto but I know intermittent fasting works for me. I fast 2/3 days out of the week & get cardio in (I also workout everyday) & I drop weight quickly. I weighed myself yesterday & I'm 183 & I'm 6'1. Now I taper off the fasting/cardio & just stay on my workout schedule. I've always been a lean muscle person & I try to stay like that. 2 weeks ago I was about 194

If you can try to get in a little cardio when you fast. Even if it's just walking for 30mins. You'll maximize your weight loss. And if you can cut out the sugary drinks. You'll drop 10-15lbs off that alone bro
