Ah ok, I get it. If you had health insurance is really the only thing they ask for but I don't think they penalize you anymore though. Everything else should be good.

Hey, i was just reading and unfortunately the penalty exists for 2018, but will be eliminated in 2019. It's like $700 or 2%, whichever is less.

Mine is going to be stupid...over $5k and that's just the feds. Which is crazy because I was out of work most of the year, only worked Sept-Dec in 2018 and cleared maybe $15k total. If I had worked all year I would have probably owed. I'm going to file end of February/Early March.

Right. If I end up owing, I won’t be hitting that file button until April. They’ll get their money, but I won’t be in any rush to get it to them.

If they can be slow on paying folks, then I can be slow in paying them lol
