The irony is they want to take a man who isn't husband material and turn him into that.

They'd rather try to raise a pitbull puppy that was born in a tiny cage and abused than adopt a chilled out dog thats only been given up because his previous owners ain't want a dog anymore. The challenge is more meaningful to them than the results

Trying to turn an aint shyt dude into a husband is like the chase for new p*ssy to a lot of them. I've found that telling women you aren't looking for a serious relationship, but aren't closed off to one either, kinda hits the same when they're 26+ and/or looking to settle down.

This is a false equivalency...because the shyt that makes women attractive to men doesn't simultaneously/directly make them less suitable as mothers and wives.

With women, a lot of them view dysfunction and drama as attractive in and of itself. The usual bad boy shyt. And for most of them, nothing is more of an aphrodisiac than the sense that you're desired by other women. So, getting with these type of women usually means committing to dealing with consequences of them dealing with dysfunctional dudes (e.g., kids by aint-shyt dudes).

That's just not the case with men. A woman's behavior does completely re-wire our circuitry in terms of how attractive we deem them. It might give them an extra point or 2...a 7 with sex appeal can hit as an 8, but even that's usually appearance-based vs. behavior.

Stepdad = husband material, but you’re the guy she wouldn’t look at if she didn’t have her kid. So basically you’re receiving her on a clearance sale. (50% off). Most stepdads aren’t viewed in a lustful way by their woman & the kids don’t respect the stepdad like that. Horrible deal.
