I'm Catholic we are quiet the most we do is raise a hand and sway back and forthIt wasn't allowed in your church? How do they moderate "catching the holy ghost" if it is supposedly an out of world experience?

I don't know. Tribes used to dance themselves into a spiritual fervor similar to these. However, I doubt modern day religions ability to induce these spiritual states. But anything is really possible.
