Craig movies are good action movies, but not good Bond movies. Sean Connery was the quintessential James Bond. Smooth, hard on hoes but still gets the hoes, kills you with swag

My Mom is a massive James Bond fan. She always says she likes the Daniel Craig movies but he never felt like Bond.

Growing up on Pierce and Craig, I would say Daniels movies are better, but Pierce’s mystique was on point. Craig always seemed more British and rough, than a refined spy

granted I was probably about 11/12 when he was chosen as the next bond but I remember the biggest thing being folks clamoring about him having the right “look” for the part more than anything else…but the flicks were a letdown imo…I haven’t watched them as an adult…it’d be interesting to see how receptive I’d be to them now

I liken it to the way Batman movies were cartoony before Christopher Nolan's/Christian Bale's reboot of it.
