Breh... I been to a lot of division one practices before. I've watched college skill position players on multiple teams straight up run 8x200meters with their walk backs as rest...

shyt, high school football conditioning training consisted of running multiple 100 meter dashes, 200 meter dashes, 80 yds, and 40 yards sometimes in sets of 8 to 12...

You were specific with the rest time and distance in your original post - that is why I contested what you said.

200 meters x 10 at full sprint with 5-10 seconds rest between each run. No player in the NFL is capable of doing that.
