Play flag football then ask that question again...

It's 10x's worse in an actual game.

Most plays are like running a 20-40 yard dash repeatedly... And it is better/worse depending on the position/play

Yea, at first I thought you were implying no NFL player was capable of doing a 200m still workout. But 5-10 sec rest :dead: dude was trippin with that one
The only group of athletes in the world that could pull that shyt off are the best middle-distance runners. I know Hicham El Guerrouj used to do some crazy shyt like that when he was still competing.

Endurance is not important in HandEgg.

Just use the logic, It is a sport with 3 hours of commercials and nothing and just 12 minutes of action, in which players maybe play for 6 minutes because they rotate the defense / attack... So, it is obviously to conclude that you don't need endurance.

200 meters x 10 at full sprint with 5-10 seconds rest between each run. No player in the NFL is capable of doing that.

What are you measuring this on?

10 100 yard dashes with 10-30 seconds of rest of inbetween. This is basic training for college and NFL players. You don't know what you're talking about...

Working out and training for 3 different sports with pros in basketball and football plus training with soccer players. Football stands out because most folks cannot keep up with the start and stop nature of the sport and the training that comes with it. Pure endurance is the basic need to play basketball, soccer and other sports that require continuous motion. Football is just a different animal to prepare your body for at the top levels of competition.

i played wide recover and kick/punt returner and i would say you need it. you get a couple long routes in a row but you dont get the ball and you have to run back to the line of scrimmage :mjcry:

Are you kidding me?

Breh... I been to a lot of division one practices before. I've watched college skill position players on multiple teams straight up run 8x200meters with their walk backs as rest...

shyt, high school football conditioning training consisted of running multiple 100 meter dashes, 200 meter dashes, 80 yds, and 40 yards sometimes in sets of 8 to 12...

Did you play sports ?:what:
