Well this isn't simple:
On one hand, there are many things a focused person could do without college, mainly in the trades and IT. You could do well, especially if you owned a business with employees.
On the other hand, in the world we live in, sometimes I think Black people need degrees to not give anyone an excuse not to hire them. "I'm sorry you don't have a degree," when they don't need one is an easy way out for discrimination. If you have high demand skills, like in IT, you are more immune to this but it can still happen.
What you need to do is see how to reinvent yourself to make money and get your debt down. Community college in machining, welding, or HVAC could be a game changer. Any fields you like?
