Is it a compliment when people say you look like a Cop and/or someone in military?

I get this all the time and I am not sure why. I dress pretty conservative. Most of the time I wear fitted shirts, fitted jeans, and a cap. I'm pretty sure its also how I carry myself too. I personally don't like it because people automatically assume I'm uptight. Those close to me know I'm a goofy person at heart but its the cop energy i project outward..

Police = They're saying you're a MAGA pig, race soldier, hey don't shoot officer ole 21 Jump street ass

Military = They're saying you look disciplined and focused

Interesting replies.

I see it as a compliment. Especially the military one. You probably speak well with a deep voice, tall, nice build/muscular, wear basic fitted (but not too fitted) clothes. :banderas:
