All jokes aside tho it’s a compliment. I think you mean military tho, not ‘cop’. ‘You look like a cop’ has a totally different connotation. Military tho, yea. When I was younger n clean shaven , low Caesar, chiseled jawline square shoulders and resting face i would get that a lot

If they're white they probably mean it as a compliment (ie. they don't find you threatening), if they're black then not so much.

Diet really…pretty generic but just not eating any bullshyt. Genetics and age are probably factors too.

I get this all the time and I am not sure why. I dress pretty conservative. Most of the time I wear fitted shirts, fitted jeans, and a cap. I'm pretty sure its also how I carry myself too. I personally don't like it because people automatically assume I'm uptight. Those close to me know I'm a goofy person at heart but its the cop energy i project outward..

There's a certain visual and personality type that I associate with military guys. (posture, in good shape, outgoing and direct)

I once got told that I look like a doctor by a Korean guy at the dry cleaners. I wasn't offended at all but it made me wonder what the hell does a doctor look like.
