Is it possible to Bench over 300lbs without having a lil belly

I was benching 325 for 3 at 180lbs in college, Iv recently started going heavy again and did 275 on the incline for 2 . I’m 31 195

No, I almost hit 300 at 196 lbs no gut. Benched 285. If I put on a few more lbs could've pressed past 300 but I decided to cut up for summer so I lost gains due to weight loss

My little brother can bench 310 and his cant seem to weigh any more than 175 at his heaviest.

I personally dont care for the bench pressing, but i got 335 back when i was a lil overweight (6'1 236lbs, Im 190lbs now) I'm more impressed by Curls, Deadlifts, leg press.. etc.

My family (My father's side) is naturally strong as fukk tho for some reason, and we're always trying to see who's the strongest.

Very easy. I always had crazy natural strength. Before gaining a bunch of weight I hit 305 and that was without a normal strength training regiment. My boy was doing 350 and had no gut. He was one of them cats wearing the smedium shirts that showed off his abs.

Interesting, everyone saying they lost a considerable amount of strength when they lost weight.

I cut from 275 to 238ish during summer and i dont lose any strenf.

Unless 40lbs aint that much
