So I’m currently very :flabbynsick::flabbynsick::flabbynsick:

No stamina whatsoever, 5ft 11 and about 200lbs. I have a slight belly but my frame is quite muscular which sometimes makes people think I work out.

Ive got a holiday booked at the end of July. Beach, sea etc and I want to get in shape for that so what are my chances of being being beach ready for that trip? I wanna be lean at around 175-180 lbs with a six pack and can basically fukk these hoes for a while without gassing out.

Im planning on hitting the gym 4 times a week, doing basically all he major lifts like squats, bench etc followed by 50mins of cardio. My diet is also going to be on point. No sugar, beer junk food etc and eating cleanly.

Yeah for sure, you’re not that fat for your height. The main thing is caloric restriction. 90% of how you will look in 3 months is up to your diet

I can tell right now you won’t actually follow a real diet and will probably look the same in 3 months considering how much you’re focusing on lifting+cardio, which is good but is literally only 10% of what you need to be focused on

Yes it is if you've got the discipline. You'll need to cut your calories drastically whilst upping your exercise using something like HIIT to get the biggest expenditure of calories in the optimal fat burning zone regularly. Add on top of that proper recovery/sleep in order to allow the body to rebuild so you can do it all again.

Those three, in that order (less food, more gym, better sleep) is all you need to do anything and all of them are essential to make it happen so its a question of how badly you want it, how dedicated you are and how easily you cop out.

Adding in things like extra walking during the day, fiber shakes to increase satiety, apple cider vinegar shots to decrease appetite and stimulate metabolism, possibly thermogenics if you want to go hard and increasing your drinking water exponentially all help.

Have you been very fit before and you just fell off? Or are you trying to get in shape and fit for the first time in your life??

If its the latter, then it will difficult. You will not gain any substantial muscle mass in 3 months, but u can absolutely get in great cardio shape and lose fat.
