3 months is a lot of pressure to put on yourself... but if you are serious, you must control your diet. No way around this. You can run and lift everyday. You'll get stronger for sure but you will be disappointed if your diet is still shyt. It's tedious at first but tracking your caloric intake will keep you on track and take out any guess work.

Depends on what your body type is and what you mean by getting in shape.

If your simply trying to lose fat than yes you can easily lose 20 pounds safely at your weight in 90 days. Gaining muscle and looking fit usually takes 6 months to see real results

I’ve been fit before but fell off. But I’ve never gone on a sustained period of weight lifting for at least 3 months. It’s always been start and stop.

Shouls be easy then. U can get in good cardio shape in as little as 3 weeks

So I’m currently very :flabbynsick::flabbynsick::flabbynsick:

No stamina whatsoever, 5ft 11 and about 200lbs. I have a slight belly but my frame is quite muscular which sometimes makes people think I work out.

Ive got a holiday booked at the end of July. Beach, sea etc and I want to get in shape for that so what are my chances of being being beach ready for that trip? I wanna be lean at around 175-180 lbs with a six pack and can basically fukk these hoes for a while without gassing out.

Im planning on hitting the gym 4 times a week, doing basically all he major lifts like squats, bench etc followed by 50mins of cardio. My diet is also going to be on point. No sugar, beer junk food etc and eating cleanly.
Beach body has a DVD called body beast. Will have you right in 30 days. No joke

I’m guessing your main aim is to increase your stamina. In that case lots of cardio and specifically Hiit. You can pound these chicks for a long time without getting tired and they’ll treat you like a God :shaq:

eat clean as best u can

do this everyday for 30days



and watch how fast the pounds come off
