Have you been very fit before and you just fell off? Or are you trying to get in shape and fit for the first time in your life??

If its the latter, then it will difficult. You will not gain any substantial muscle mass in 3 months, but u can absolutely get in great cardio shape and lose fat.
I’ve been fit before but fell off. But I’ve never gone on a sustained period of weight lifting for at least 3 months. It’s always been start and stop.

So I’m currently very :flabbynsick::flabbynsick::flabbynsick:

No stamina whatsoever, 5ft 11 and about 200lbs. I have a slight belly but my frame is quite muscular which sometimes makes people think I work out.

Ive got a holiday booked at the end of July. Beach, sea etc and I want to get in shape for that so what are my chances of being being beach ready for that trip? I wanna be lean at around 175-180 lbs with a six pack and can basically fukk these hoes for a while without gassing out.

Im planning on hitting the gym 4 times a week, doing basically all he major lifts like squats, bench etc followed by 50mins of cardio. My diet is also going to be on point. No sugar, beer junk food etc and eating cleanly.

yes, do the super saiyan challenge. Me and @Swirv did it and breh, that stuff got me in shape in 30 days. I slimmed down a whole lot and started building muscle.

All you gotta do is follow the videos. Here's the 1st day.

Yep and it won't be hard...

Full body workout three times a week and a few miles of steady state cardio on your non lifting days. I would shoot for 180 grams of protein... For breakfast I would keep it simple with two scoops of whey protein isolate. Lunch would be chicken breast, rice, and a leafy green vegetable and dinner would be another lean protein with a leafy green vegetable.

Cheat meal on Saturday...

Do this starting today and by next month this time you will see a major difference.

Do cardio and body weight workouts. At the gym, hit the stationary bike for about 30 minutes, if you can do that on full resistance, you can drop a 1000 calories a ride.

I did that using a bike and worked my way up from like 10 minutes at a time to about a hour/hour and half.

You'll drop weight surprisingly fast from the bike and body weight exercises if you can keep a good diet.
