I’ve been fit before but fell off. But I’ve never gone on a sustained period of weight lifting for at least 3 months. It’s always been start and stop.Have you been very fit before and you just fell off? Or are you trying to get in shape and fit for the first time in your life??
If its the latter, then it will difficult. You will not gain any substantial muscle mass in 3 months, but u can absolutely get in great cardio shape and lose fat.

No stamina whatsoever, 5ft 11 and about 200lbs. I have a slight belly but my frame is quite muscular which sometimes makes people think I work out.
Ive got a holiday booked at the end of July. Beach, sea etc and I want to get in shape for that so what are my chances of being being beach ready for that trip? I wanna be lean at around 175-180 lbs with a six pack and can basically fukk these hoes for a while without gassing out.
Im planning on hitting the gym 4 times a week, doing basically all he major lifts like squats, bench etc followed by 50mins of cardio. My diet is also going to be on point. No sugar, beer junk food etc and eating cleanly.
