sometimes. I had a brief period of some kind of lactose intolerance when i was 15-17. We were buying regular Costco whole milk and suddenly my whole family couldnt tolerate it. We switched to organic whole milk those years. Then switched back to regular milk and we are fine. I guess costco had some fukkery going on with its regular milk before...

At 28, I ordered a Heath and Ancestry Report from 23andMe. shyt came back and said I was highly likely, more than the general population, to be lactose intolerant.

At the time, I was a charcuterie ass nikka. You’d find all types of meats and aged cheese around my house. Cheese was my thing. Could eat buckets of it. I wasn’t drinking much milk but consumed a lot of yogurt, shakes, and ice cream. Because of this, I kind of dismissed that report as not being wholly accurate.

I kid you not, within a year, at 29, I had to stop consuming dairy all together. I had become lactose intolerant after receiving that curse of a report.

My Dad’s is lactose intolerant. But he old school and don’t give af. He eats whatever he wants and will kill the toilet after. Me, I can’t do it. My stomach will be fugged up the entire day..... and even off a small piece of cheese.

At this point, I have no will to live. Life without cheese is just not worth living.:mjcry:

No the fukk it doesn’t, why do y’all just say shyt like it’s fact?

Anybody can develop an intolerance to anything with age.

“UP to 75%”...not 100% right? So why would you say definitively state that everyone developes an intolerance. You don’t even know how they came up with that number to be talking like an expert on the topic.

Idk why people do this. If you don’t mess with it cool but sayin dumb shyt and spreading misinformation...

Happened to me. I use to love cereal and cookies with milk.

NOW.....I drink milk or have a milk shake I have about 30min to find a toilet and take a violent shyt. My stomach cramps and pushes everything in my guts out.

Not worth it.

Yeah it's possible, I think it has to do with your gut flora. It happened to me when I stopped drinking milk and started back up after an extended hiatus. But it's possible to get back to being tolerant by training your gut with probiotic yogurt(start small and build it up over time).

that's kind of what happened to me. once I drank some milk and my stomach turned its ass. so I stopped altogether, then my girl wanted to go get ice cream and I was like :whoa: how about cake or something. she insisted on ice cream so I went and had some and chased it with water and it wasn't that bad, then I had some cereal the next day just to see if it would fukk me up and it didn't, and now I eat or drink dairy products more regularly and haven't had a problem since.
