Fully expected the TheConservativi to agree with this shyt

Kanji are logographic characters, part of the Japanese writing system, and are derived from Chinese characters. They represent words or ideas, not sounds, and are used alongside the syllabic scripts hiragana and katakana. Kanji primarily represent nouns, adjectives, and verbs, though they can also be combined to form compound words

Lol, Dont be impressed or bamboozled by this performative nonsense
Starmer is a cvnt. He's just come out this and the "island of strangers" rethoric in the past 24 hours because the Reform Party gave them a bloody nose in recent local elections.
Racist dog whistle politics trying to appeal to shyt for brains bigots who are voting the Reform Party who in turn still wouldn't piss on him if he was on fire.
It basically sums up the sorry sack of shyt politicians that are running this country.
Quidshop Enoch Powell tripe
It's different in England, because their language actually is English. They don't have large parts of their country that speak a different language. Even among the Scottish and Irish, very few of them speak their own language.
But in contrast,Since the early 1800s we've had whole states that mostly spoke Spanish, because they were Mexico for hundreds of years prior to that.
So if somebody immigrates from Honduras or El Salvador it's highly likely they won't need to speak a lick of English if they move to New Mexico or Southern California or even South Texas. I've been to whole neighborhoods where everything from the hospitals to the grocery stores to the electronic stores to the banks was entirely in Spanish.
Interesting. When I visited Nigeria, it seemed like the vast majority of people there spoke at least basic elementary-level English. To meet a person who spoke no English whatsoever, you have to be in the middle of the boondocks and extreme poverty-stricken areas. Assume it's different in East Africa.Same has happened to me and they assume I'm dominican until I open my mouth
This is Extremely, extremely false. Like you would only think this if you stayed in the capital. In my travels I encountered hundreds of people with an elementary school level of Swahili and a first grade level of English thriving.
When i took trips there and left the hubs of Mombasa and Nairobi there were millions of people whose only language is their ethnic one. For example, on that border area with Uganda and the lake there are many people who look at you crazy for trying to speak Swahili or English because luo is the lingua Franca. Everybody in official capacity from banks to govt offices is speaking luo. when you turned on the radio most of the channels were in luo too
The most beautiful non coastal part of Kenya when I last visited was kissi which is composed of many hills and mountains filled with tea and the norm is the kisii language outside their main town.
One of my biggest regrets was not visiting the volcanic and desert areas to the north because it's very scenic. Do you know what language they speak there? Somali or turkana. Whole school systems exist and are taught in Somali because a big chunk of that area used to be part of Somalia for centuries, very similar to New Mexico or Cali being part of Mexico before colonial fckery combined them.
Because of the extreme diversity of their country and the British colonialists arbitrarily grouping different ethnicities in the same country, Kenya is a diverse nation where the official languages can often be useless outside the 3 major cities.
