I'm not trying to turn this into anything.

What makes THIS case different in principle? In all criminal cases, the accuser (plaintiff) bears the burden of providing the defendant's guilty BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT.

Rape is a crime so the "beyond a reasonable doubt" standard applies.

I don't know why the fukk you're debating this.

I treat everything differently.

But I'm not a lawyer, a judge, or a cop so my opinion doesn't. No need to get all worked up over it.

I honestly don't know why you're debating this either. If you're cool with people having drunk sex or you like to get people drunk and have sex with them, then don't let my opinions stop you.

Exactly. This question keeps getting asked over and over again and nothing ever changes. It's so easy to avoid situations like this but it's like they want to keep fighting it so they can keep doing what they're doing and denying that their rapists.
Yeah it's bad. From both sides. I've been talking to some females about this too. I'm seeing people put themselves in some really sketchy situations based off their self-esteem and hell at this point I'm just as concerned with telling men to protect themselves as I am with the women.

There are a lot of entitled men out here. And a lot of women put themselves in these positions b/c they are broken inside.

I see a lot of trap cards being laid on the table and from a purely objective standpoint, both men and women lookin real funny in the light.

Females need to protect themselves from dudes who feel entitled to sex as soon as they see a chick take a shot.

But what is equally true is that men need to protect themselves from rape bait chicks who willingly put themselves into dubious situations to provoke then vilify dudes just to feel important about themselves.

But both men and women will vilify me for saying simple shyt b/c neither party wants to take responsibility when it comes to sex.
Her:"How dare you try and control my sexuality?! I should be able to sleep naked with a complete stranger while being drunk, give him every indication that I wanted his dyck inside me and then say no when he's about to cum and accuse him of rape even tho we were both 3 sheets to the wind.":comeon:

Him: "Nah u a hater! What u mean I shouldn't get a bytch drunk on purpose to make it easier to fukk her when i know damn well she wasn't even feeling the situation like that. Why shouldn't I try an lead her to my bed when she don't even know where she at? Fukk her feelings. I ain't no simp!":comeon:
I swear i don't consider myself to be smarter than anybody else but it's times like these when I realize the world is full of dumb ass fukks.
:gucci:

Real simple shyt...stop drinking AND getting in the car with AND inviting back AND being behind closed doors with people you are unsure of.

The problem is how the law and society currently is, they DON'T have to take the L.
Which is why I admonish men just as much as I admonish women for putting themselves in sketchy situations. I know men who actually PREY on women with low self-esteem b/c they are easy. These dudes don't deserve to be accused of rape anymore than the chick with low self-esteem who puts herself in precarious situations deserves to be assaulted. However it's hard to cry about the bullet when u keep running in front of the firing squad with no vest.

Most men are not condoning men purposely getting a woman drunk to have sex with her. Most of us would consider that rape if not some sexual predator shyt. Ain't no one here saying men shouldn't take responsibility for their actions, it's only men who are the ones facing real consequences from women accusing them of rape not women.

? Where did I say only men can rape? Was I not in this thread defending male rape victims? But okay.
You right, you were :ehh:

But you know you do

I'm aware. But what I'm trying to make men see is because u have some really sick ass chicks out there, what do you need to do to protect urself?
There are some women who are chomping at the bits to accuse a male of assault to make herself feel special. That sounds sick as fukk but I've seen situations like this play out. I've. Seen. It.

While we are waiting on the laws to change and hoping that sunshine and rainbows will chase the shadows away in the Gumdrop forest, what do we need to tell men to do to protect themselves from these types of unstable chicks.

Learn self-control and discretion for ur own dyck. That's all I'm saying. Because every chick ain't out there looking to trap a nikka but many are. Sometimes easy p*ssy ain't easy.

Have you ever been drunk? :dwillhuh:
Have you ever had a conversation with a drunk person? :dwillhuh:
They're illogical, which is the basis of why having sex with a drunk person is considered rape. If they were coherent enough to realize that then it wouldnt be an issue in the first place
Thats like saying in order to stop drunk driving, drunk people just need to realize there's a chance they'll kill themselves/others. They're not sober enough to understand that logic
I can guarantee u she never had drunk sex before. These sheltered lames on here make me laugh

If you're both drunk and you both don't want sex then how are either of you fukking? Did anyone in this thread stop to ask themselves how retarded OP's question was?

Now you're misconstruing what I stated.

All I did was point out how flawed your logic is in determining whether a person accused of rape is guilty.

Why don't you extend that "stay out of sketchy situations" edict to the women as well? Because as usual feminists don't want equality but superiority and infallibility.

It applies to women too. Relax.
