Makes no sense, Steph is a much more versatile team defender. Dame was a turnstile on defense yesterday, if he couldn't shoot he'd have problems being in a rotation because he doesn't have top level finishing or explosiveness...he's trash defensively...

Dame is NEVER winning a ring in portland or making his teammates better.

Steph has a better situation than dame.
Steph is more versatile (can play off ball better) and by that can be put in more advantageous situations than dame who's coach puts him on ball 90% of the game and teams can trap or double him at will. You cant do that 2 steph.

We comparing rings and playoff wins like Steph and Kyrie didn't have all star rosters to win with.
I can see Dame being a threat off ball, cutting, and shooting off screens but won't do it. Rather rest when he doesn't have the ball. Dame and Harden got the same game. Disinterested if they not handling at top, doing it themselves with the spotlight on them
