I have confidence that Flacco can win you a game if you ask him too. He has done it before.

There is the other end where you have Jason Campbell who no one has confidence he can win you a game because he cant.

And we are asking for franchise QBs, not great or elite QBs, just franchise. There are more franchise QBs than elite QBs.
