What the fukk. Where are you getting this shyt from. Brees was fukking shyt up in SD and made it to a pro bowl there and took them to the playoffs. The year before he entered free agency he was injured in the season and SD didn't have enough confidence in him to come back from it to give him an elite QB salary so Brees left.
