Drake is easily on a tier above the rest. Easily. He's the only real star hip hop has right now.

J Cole, as someone said above, is the people's champ. He has the numbers and credibility to back it up. I am a bit overly critical of him sometimes but I can't deny how much he connects with the current hip hop audience. His last album did great.

Kendrick has basically every rapper, critic, and even the Grammys backing him up and He's still not on their level with the people in my opinion. His star faded quite a bit with this album compared to GKMC. He's the guy who's supposed to be making the consistent great music and just isn't doing it.
