Andre Johnson at his peak > Fitzgerald at his peak

Most receptions Fitz had in a season is 107. AJ surpassed that 3x (115 in 2008, 112 in 2012, 109 in 2013)

Most receiving yards Fitz had in a season is 1431. AJ surpassed that 3x (1575 in 2008, 1569 in 2009, 1569 in 2012)

Outperformed? He NEVER had a 10 td season :dead:
Doesn't really matter than he never had 10tds, he was by himself as someone else mentioned, he didn't have Boldin to help him out. During their prime Andre had years with more receptions and more yards, more yards per game, and more yards per reception.

Cats really going hard to call Larry fukking Fitzgerald underrated. I'll just pose this question again:

Moss, Owens, Harrison, Chad Johnson, ****, Smith, Andre Johnson, Wayne, Calvin Johnson, Brown, Jones, Hopkins, Thomas...

So you guys need to tell me where Fitz falls in this pack

Again, Fitz is an All-Time receiver, but there's a group of elite guys who simultaneously played with Fitz, he ain't exactly blowing nikkas out the water, so to what degree are cats wanting Fitz to be rated, relative to his competition/peers?

I'll respectfully disagree. Placing him Top 5 when you have guys like Cris Carter and Tim Brown out there, I don't know bruh. I'm not convinced Fitz is better than those guys, because even though I only saw the tail end of their careers, I got to see guys like Andre, AB, Megatron, Nuk, etc in real time, and I'm not at all convinced (and never have been) that Fitz is greater than those guys even from his era...

Ok, you found 1 thing Fitz has over Dre?

Cool, Dre still has him beat in the other categories so :yeshrug:

For a few years Dre had more catches...who has more CAREER catches :jbhmm:.

Also they both had 5 years over 100 catches and the difference in Dre having more receptions in a season than Fitz was like by 5-10 catches. you making it seem like Dre was posting 140 receptions in those years. 115 was Dre's high to 109 to Fitz. Splitting hairs but you can't deny who got into the end zone more by a WIDE margin. 120 to 70 :comeon:
