Trudat, I've never known a BBW that likes big guys unless the big guy is 6'3" or taller. It makes sense though because "logistically", big girls can't spread the legs wide enough for a fat dude. On top of that, big girls don't usually have the stamina to put in work for extended periods, so they need a slimmer guy that can get after it aggressively.
Previous literature reports that obese persons are discriminated in the workplace. Evidence suggests that obese people are perceived as having less leadership potential, and in comparison to normal weight peers, are expected to be less successful. This study examined whether obese people are discriminated against when applying for employment. Three hypotheses were offered in line with previous research: (1) obese people are less likely to be assessed positively on personnel suitability than normal weight people; (2) obese people in active employment are more likely to be discriminated against than people in non-active employment; and (3) obese women are more likely to be discriminated against than obese men. 181 Participants were sampled from sedentary, standing, manual and heavy manual occupations. Participants rated hypothetical candidates on their suitability for employment. Employees also completed measures of implicit and explicit attitudes toward obesity. MANOVA was conducted to examine if obese candidates were discriminated against during the recruitment procedure. Results demonstrated that participants rated obese candidates as less suitable compared with normal weight candidates and when the weight status of the candidate was not revealed for work across the four workplace groups. Participant gender and weight status also impacted perceptions of candidates’ suitability for work and discrimination toward obese candidates was higher in participants from more physically demanding occupations. The study findings contribute to evidence that obese people are discriminated against in the hiring process and support calls for policy development.

And in fact, colorism in various areas of American life has been studied before. In his write up of the new research, Pacific Standard's Tom Jacobs summed up the findings of previous studies on the topic, with conclusions including:
- lighter-skinned black men with bachelor's degrees have a distinct advantage in job application processes over black men who have MBAs;
- lighter skinned black women in North Carolina received lighter prison sentences than their darker peers;
- African-Americans with more education are remembered as being lighter than they actually are.

That makes you smart, if anything. Women live in their own bubble, shielded from reality where rules and logic need not apply, especially when it deals with dating. However, if you have female friends you deal with on a casual level they'll let slip that a lot of what women do is utter bullshyt, stupid and based upon nothing but hopes and dreams. Why do you think women don't like each other? They know a lot of their foundation and worldview is built upon absolute shyt. I love women and I appreciate them for who they are but you can't approach them like rational human beings. It is what it is.

We never even did this in high school. That's shyt women do. "Hey boy, she like you!" "Eeeeew girl no I don't!" I've never seen dudes on that type of shyt. Now, a certain "type" of dude will flip if they get curved and go off the deep end but your average black man isn't doing that. shyt, chicks still talk shyt about random dudes when they are in their 30s and 40s. I never believed that women mature faster than men on an intellectual/emotional level and honestly I believe there is a level of maturity only attainable by men. This is why so many double standards favor women; you all are aren't emotionally capable for the rigors of true equality.
Black women have carte blanche to shyt on us as monolith but we can't even lightly criticize fat women, dark skinned women, generally unattractive women, women who make dumb decisions, single mothers, hoodrats, etc. etc. so I guess we can only take light skinned women to task.
