I feel like hulk is really underutilized, he at the very least should be about as popular as spider man

And ironically I think what hurts marvel is they don’t have batman level movies, the closest was the blade but they act like they don’t want to fukk with Wesley snipes no moe

The question is what characters would be suitable for a batman level movie, they goofyied all the avenger characters, I can’t imagine Thor or hulk in a darker tone movie
The Captain America series with Steve Rodgers was pretty close to a Batman style movie imo but Marvel obviously can’t use him anymore and Falcon is a pretty weak character to carry the mantle so now they might be shyt out of luck. :francis:

GOTG was the beginning of the end in that aspect
I know ppl like it, but the actual Guardians from the comics were much cooler before they were changed to be like their MCU counterparts

I wish we got a no nonsense, country dude who's a fish out of water
Played in the vein of Matthew McConaughey or Tommy Lee Jones

Let his surroundings and how he reacts to them be the joke, instead of him just being a loser

I can’t remember the last marvel movie I watched… I skipped multiverse. Antman. Black panther and I watched half of love and thunder

The MCU has declined significantly since Endgame. No Way Home was the only truly decent and timeless film from Phase 4 and it banked on a lot of nostalgia. The rest of the films were "average at best" and the TV timeline correlating with the film timeline threw things off for casuals and families who weren't checking for Hawkeye, Loki, Falcon, and other shows.

And with the media trying to smear Majors like Kobe, things aren't looking good for the upcoming Phases at all.

If they keep this up or don't deliver on some promising films like with Doom or Wolverine, Martin Scorsece's going to have everyone treating him like Nostradamus by the end of this decade lol.

I watch every single one cause it’s on Disney so why not.

It’s been a downhill slide and they clearly have no way of getting it back on track. As long as they stick to PG-13, they will always be this campy light shyt. Even as dark as infinity war was, they had to go full campy on 90% of endgame to make up for it.

Super hero fatigue

Personally i prefer dark comic book adaptions like sin city or the joker, these marvel flicks are too campy
They should have continued that dark path in IW.. everyone's fav movie. They kept it going with Wanda... Even Dr. Strange was a little dark.....

But my god every thing else... All the shows and other movies was took campy to new heights like they wanted to triple down on that shyt

Not a damn thing to do about fatigue. The movies they are releasing now aren't good. If the movies were great like they were before people would go and watch them.

Marvel only had 3 good movies and 2 good tv shows since end game and that was Shang Chi, Spider-Man, Doctor Strange, Wanda Vision and Loki. shyts taking too long to put out. Shang Chi been out for 2 years and hasn’t been seen in any other show since and probably won’t get a sequel for another 5 years. shyt crazy.
