Nah I’ve been working out off and on for years.

A lot of those people will tell you with 2 a day workouts and meal prepping grilled chicken and broccoli that this is absolutely attainable physique.

I call bullshyt on that.

Most of those guys that have insanely low body fat like that and very little fluid retention usually have had assistance achieving that.

They still got to go put work in in the gym and have to be very meticulous with their nutrition, but based on what I know about human biology, chemistry, and nutrition you just ain’t cutting down your body fat to sub 10-12 percent in a few months just eating broccoli, grilled chicken, and two a day workouts.

For a nıgga in better shape than him, I dunno bruh. It's not hard to be this ripped if not better but I've been in the gym consistently for the past 20 years.
He's not natty. Almost zero chance.

Not that it cant be achieved naturally, but you gotta look at the before and after and notice the subtlties.

1) Theres some movies hes natural. U can tell because theres no face bloat and hes likely at a higher bodyfat than in creed.

2) hes got millions of dollsrs on the line for a movie role that the believability depends on how in shape he is

3) look at him between films at games, award shows, pics... once yhat movie wraps breh loses a solid 10-20 lbs

4) he's getting bigger every creed movie. Breh is 36 years old. Reminds me of hugh jackman as wolverine where breh was small at 35 then every movie up to him being like 50 hes bigger and leaner lol.

He should at least be able to bang out 225 a few times. No way in fukk he's touching 315 though.

I can bang out 225 easy and MBJ not built to bench 315. The guys at my gym who bench 315 are easily 260+ lbs. People who think MBJ is massive don't go to the gym often IMO.

You don't have to be 260+ to bang out 315.

I can bang out 315 at 190 lbs. Granted I am 41 years old and have been working out since I was 14 (also ran sprints in college ). I did take a long break from age 23-27.

Either they're using (pointless as a total beginner), they're genetic freaks, or they're naturally big bodied.

I tried to find some but couldn't find any that prove my point for the bench. They all increased their deadlifts and squat by a lot but their bench seemed weaker. The weird thing is i had the opposite problem as in i increased my bench pretty smoothly (i got to 225 5x5 in about 8 months and i was skipping workouts sometimes, not that disciplined) while my squat and deadlift kept plateauing (partially due to a chronic pain issue in my hip due to an injury). But I don't consider myself to have great genetics and never used steroids (only had two protein shakes in my life).

I stopped at 225 cause i didn't care to continue and also no spotters but i admit the weight felt heavy and i don't thing i had much progress left following the same program (would have had to deload soon or switch to a different program).


I will keep looking and if i find some good vids, I'll quote you again

I agree. He's in great shape, like a boxer, but he doesn't have that look that big pressers have.

I remember looking at a clip where Joe Rogan was talking about him saying he was built like a brick shyt house.

Don't have to be 260+, thats just what I see often. Occasionally I'll see a dude with a big upper body and skinny legs benching 315.. But then they'll accuse him of juicing.
If you been working out for 20 years, hell yeah you should be benching whatever you set your goal to. Maybe MBJ is juicing, but to say you NEED to be juicing to obtain that is lacking knowledge of what it takes to be in shape.

Honestly I would gander that Jonathan majors is heavier and stronger than Michael B jordan. At least from a visual determination.

Or at least has better muscle bellies

I should also add that I'm 5'8"

I'm built to bench :mjgrin:


But yeah his body is attainable with time. It's always the time that's a big tell (along with delts, traps, and nipples :dame:)
