Once rep crews start forming, the game becomes rigged. shytbag posters have thousands of rep points and good posters get stuck in the red because they disagreed with some power trippin dikkheads. At one time you could honestly look at someone's rep and know if they were worth responding to or not. It sucks encountering a troll that you don't realize is trolling you. In it's "purest form," the rep system will keep posters honest. But it keeps getting whored out with these groups that boost rep and "run trains ()."

True but the system is still pretty good at pointing out trolls. Someone like @BrothaZay is an exception to the rule. Almost all of his posts and threads are garbage.

Rep system was always flawed and trash, rep boosting common, once you're in the red you can't rep back so you get piled on.

It was always terrible

Groupthink out the ass, no originality. People don't want to have their own opinion out of fear of getting negged. That's why we get the same post saying the same shyt over and over.
