wagu steak is the next best thing I've tried. The Australian version of Kobe beef. Not quite as delectable but a little cheaper

step one, mix soy sauce/worcestershire sauce

step two,throw that shyt in a ziplock with a few
thick T-bones and leave in the fridge for a hour.

Looks amazing..Australia has one of the best beefs in the world. Especially kangaroo Islands beef. I used to live next to the coast, we used to get alot of produce from these tiny boutique butchers who source their meats from the local farms. Those sirloins and cutletsribeye

I only order steak at good steakhouses and you have to get a good cut that is cooked medium. If you getting cheap cuts of beef then throw it in a crock pot to get it tender.
Seafood is overpriced and overrated to me
i could never get the appeal of lobsters. Its got no flavour and it aint the most versatile meat.
Now tuna and salmon on the other hand
Meat is overrated

ever sinced i watched the gordon ramsay video about how to cook steak in a pan my shyt has been super on point and delicious
i gotta take a day to cook good shyt like this......
